Numeri Bot
Our virtual assistant answers right here, straight away: credits, renders, plans, invoices. When a person is needed, it tells you how to reach the team.
Numeri Bot is an AI assistant. We never ask for a password, a card number or a sign-in code in a chat — if someone does, it is not us.
Questions
What people ask most.
Where is my video? It has been more than three minutes.
A render usually comes back in about three minutes. That figure is what we observe, and it is not a contractual deadline. You can close the tab: the render carries on, and the video appears under My videos; come back to it whenever you like. If it never appears, write to us with the video id.
My render failed. Do I lose the credits?
No. The balance moves when you press Render, not when you approve the result — but if a render fails on our side, or if the photograph is refused by moderation, the credits it used go straight back on your account, automatically, so launching it again costs you nothing extra. The rule, in the terms.
The video does not show my product properly.
The first render on an account is covered by our product-fidelity guarantee. If the product, the logo, the label or a defining detail is materially altered, report it within seven days of delivery: after verification we put the credits that render used back on your account, so you can render it again. It applies once, it is a credit and not a cash refund, and it does not cover a change of taste.
How many credits does one video cost?
It depends on the quality and the length you pick. For 5, 10 and 15 seconds: 10, 19 and 27 credits at Medium; 12, 21 and 31 at Good; 16, 29 and 43 at Very good; 17, 32 and 47 at Perfect. 20 seconds is offered at Very good (56 credits) and Perfect (62). The studio shows the exact cost before you launch, and the balance moves at launch, never when you approve the result. Every level and length.
Can I try it before I pay?
Yes — the demo on the home page shows real renders on sample products, without an account. A new account starts with no credits. The studio shows the exact count and the ways there: a monthly plan from $20 a month with no commitment ($16 your first month).
Do my credits expire?
Your plan's credits refill to 100% at each monthly renewal; credits you don't use in a month don't carry over. Credits bought once, without a plan, stay valid 365 days from the purchase. The billing questions.
Which photo can I upload?
One photograph of one product, in JPEG or PNG: those are the two types our server opens. If your phone shoots HEIC, or your shop exports WebP, the studio converts the file in your browser before it is sent; when the browser cannot read the format either, export the photo as JPEG and try again. The shortest side needs at least 512 px, and the upload box shows the size ceiling of the day. Every image is re-encoded on our server, and its metadata — GPS coordinates included — is destroyed on arrival.
What do I get back?
A video with sound, at the length you pick from 5 to 20 seconds (up to 15 at Medium and Good; some styles start at 10 seconds), framed at the ratio you picked among the six offered — 9:16, 16:9, 1:1, 4:3, 3:4 and 21:9 — so nothing has to be cropped afterwards. 480p at Medium, 720p at Good and Very good, 1080p at Perfect. Every example and demo on this site is rendered at Good or Perfect — a Medium render will not look like them. It is playable and downloadable from My videos.
Why was my photo or my video refused?
Three filters can stop a job. Only JPEG and PNG get through the door, and the declared type is checked against the file itself. Automated moderation screens the image, the instructions that go with it, and the video that comes back. And the acceptable use policy rules out identifiable people, any image of a minor, weapons, drugs, adult content and gambling, while a few categories need our written approval first. When a job is refused, the credits go back on your account. What may not be made here.
Can I write the prompt myself?
You describe it, and our AI writes it. In the studio, choose Automatic: add your photos, say in your own words what the video should show, and our AI checks your idea — it asks for what is missing, then writes the full shot-by-shot film for the length and format you picked. Nothing is charged until you press Generate. The other mode, From templates, builds the prompt from a fixed template for the product and style you pick. Either way the film is made for one product from your photos, and moderation applies exactly as it does everywhere else.
Where is my invoice, and why is there tax?
Prices in US dollars, before tax. Our payment partner and merchant of record, Dodo Payments, adds any VAT or sales tax due in your country and shows the total before you pay; it also emails your receipt. Your invoices are also listed in your account. How tax works.
Can I change or cancel a plan?
Yes, anytime from your account. Moving up: what you already paid for your current plan is deducted, so you only pay the difference today, your new month starts right away and the extra credits arrive at once. Moving down: nothing is charged, the change applies at your next renewal. You always see the amount to pay before you confirm. If the tax cannot be calculated in advance, that amount is shown before tax, marked “plus any tax”.
There is no commitment, and a cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for: you keep your credits and your videos until then. Unused credits are not refunded pro rata. The subscription clause.
I cannot sign in. The code never arrives.
Signing in is your email address and a six-digit code, and the same step creates the account if you do not have one yet. The code expires in 10 minutes: ask for a new one rather than reusing an old one, and look in the spam folder. If nothing arrives at all, write to us from the address you are trying to use, and say so.
What happens to my photo, my videos and my account?
You keep every right in the photograph; we acquire nothing over it, and we do not use your photographs or your videos to train anything, nor in our own marketing, without your written agreement. Rendering runs on specialised AI servers outside the European Union: for the render we never upload your file, we hand over a signed link, valid for one hour, for that single file; in Automatic mode, a reduced copy of up to two of your photos goes with your description to our AI, so that it can write the film. We never see a card number — our payment partner hosts the payment page. From your settings you can export everything you hold, or close the account: the account is anonymised after 30 days, your files are deleted when their own retention period ends (see the privacy policy), and invoices are kept 10 years because the law requires it. The privacy policy, in full.

Bigger than a plan, or something specific
Large catalogues, edits the studio does not offer, a full production with our team: that is not a support question, it is a quote. One email is enough to start.
