Terms
The agreement, in plain terms.
What Numeri does, what it deliberately does not promise, how credits work, and who owns what. The legal notice required of French publishers is at the bottom.

The service
What Numeri delivers.
Numeri turns one photograph of your product into a video advertisement with sound, of the length you choose from 5 to 20 seconds (up to 15 seconds at Medium and Good quality; some styles start at 10 seconds, and the studio says which before you start), in the aspect ratio you choose from the six offered.
The result is generated by artificial intelligence. The models are instructed to reproduce your product exactly as photographed, and that instruction is half the text we send them, but results are generated automatically and are not guaranteed to be pixel-accurate. Review the video before you publish it.
About three minutes, but not a deadline
A render usually comes back in about three minutes. That figure is what we observe; it depends on a third-party provider and is not a contractual deadline. Start the render and come back to it.
We may change, suspend or discontinue parts of the service. Where a change affects what you have already paid for, we will say so before it applies.
Credits
One render uses 10 to 62 credits, by quality and length. At the moment you start it.
What a render costs depends on its quality and its length, from 10 credits for 5 seconds at Medium quality to 62 for 20 seconds at Perfect. The full scale is below, and the studio shows the exact cost before you start. The balance moves when you press Render, not when you approve the result.
A new account, without a plan, receives no credits. We may offer credits at no charge from time to time; such an offer is announced on the site when it applies, and a change never removes credits already on your account.
Each render costs us real money the second it launches, whether or not you like what comes back. That is why the balance moves at launch. If a render fails on our side, or if the photograph is refused by the provider's moderation, the credits it used go straight back on your account: that case is ours.
Your first render is also covered by our product-fidelity guarantee. If it has a material fidelity issue : for example, the product, logo, label or defining details are materially altered, report it to us within seven days of delivery. After verification, we put the credits that render used back on your account so you can render it again. This guarantee applies once, to the first render on an account; it is a credit, not a cash refund, and does not cover a change of taste or creative preference.

What you upload
Your photograph, your responsibility.
By uploading a photograph you confirm that you hold the rights to it, and to the product it shows, including trade marks, designs and models. That is the one thing we cannot check for you.
What may not be uploaded
- A photograph showing an identifiable person. The prompts already exclude hands, wrists, faces and models, but the rule stands on its own.
- Anything unlawful, infringing, hateful, or sexual in nature.
- Any attempt to make the service produce something other than a product video.
Our rendering provider applies its own moderation, and a render can be refused. When that happens the credits it used go back on your account.
The full list of what may and may not be made here, how we screen every render, how to report abuse and what we do when a rule is broken is set out in our acceptable use and content moderation policy, which forms part of these terms.
Ownership
Who owns what.
You keep every right in the photograph you upload. We acquire nothing over it.
Odratta does not use your photographs or your videos to train anything, and does not use them in its own marketing, without your written agreement. If we ever want to show one of your renders on this site, we will ask.
- The photograph you upload
- Stays entirely yours
- Training on your content
- Never, without written agreement

Each renewal refills your plan's credits to 100%. Credits you have not used by the end of a billing month do not carry over; credits issued before 25 September 2026 keep the two-month carry-over they were issued with.
Prices are shown in US dollars. Where your payment is converted into another currency, the rate applied is the payment institution's own, and Odratta sets none.
A first-month discount shown on the pricing page applies once per account, to its first paid subscription, and to the first month only; the regular monthly price applies from the second month. The discounted amount is shown before you pay.
If you ask to cancel, we may offer you a discount on your next charges before you confirm; it is offered once per account and you can always decline and cancel.
You can change plans at any time from your account. Moving to a higher plan takes effect right away: what you already paid for your current plan is deducted in full from the new plan's monthly price, whatever the day you switch, and only the difference, plus any tax, is charged immediately to your saved payment method. A new monthly billing cycle starts on the day of the change, and the difference in credits between the two plans is added to your account at once; the credits you already have stay usable. Moving to a lower plan takes effect at your next renewal: nothing is charged or refunded, and you keep your current plan and its credits until then. The amount to pay is shown before you confirm the change, tax included when it can be calculated in advance; otherwise it is shown before tax, marked “plus any tax”, and any tax due is added to it. A discount running on your subscription ends when you change plans.
A subscription opened before 18 September 2026 and still billed by the provider that opened it, rather than by Dodo Payments, works differently when moving up: you pay the new plan's price for the days left in the current billing month, less a credit for the unused days of your current plan, and your renewal date does not change.
Tax
All prices are quoted in US dollars, before tax. Since 18 September 2026, purchases are sold by our payment partner, Dodo Payments, Inc., acting as merchant of record: it charges you, adds any VAT or sales tax due in your country, and shows the exact total on its payment page before you pay, never afterwards. It also emails your receipt and your invoice. How much tax applies depends on where you are and on whether you buy as a business.
Subscriptions started before 18 September 2026 stay with the provider that opened them, and with the VAT rules below. Which VAT applies to them depends on where you are and on who you are:
- Outside the European Union
- No EU VAT is charged
- Business in the EU, with a VAT number
- No VAT charged: reverse charge, you account for it yourself
- France, and everyone else in the EU
- French VAT at 20 %
An EU VAT number is checked against the European Commission's VIES database at checkout. If it comes back valid, no VAT is charged and your invoice carries the reverse-charge mention required by Article 196 of Council Directive 2006/112/EC. If VIES cannot confirm it, VAT is charged, and corrected afterwards if need be.
For those subscriptions, your invoice is issued the moment your payment arrives, and emailed to you. It is also available at any time from your account. Invoices are issued in US dollars; where VAT applies, the VAT amount is also stated in euros at the European Central Bank reference rate of the day, as French law requires.
One-off purchase: the trial video
If you bought the Trial video, a one-off purchase, it pays for one video in Very good quality (720p), 10 seconds long. It could be bought only once per account. Nothing renews and nothing is charged afterwards.
The credits it gives equal the price of that video. They stay valid 365 days from the purchase and can only be used for that one video, in that quality and length. While no plan is active on the account and those credits are still unused and valid, the trial video is the only render the account can launch; with an active plan, any other render is paid with the account's other credits. If the render fails on our side, or is cancelled before filming, its credits go back on your account and the trial video can be made again.
Credits from a one-off purchase made before the trial video replaced it, on 24 September 2026, stay ordinary credits, usable for any render and valid 365 days from that purchase.
Right of withdrawal
If you subscribe, or make a one-off purchase, as a consumer, that is, not for the purposes of a business, you have fourteen days to change your mind, under Articles L221-18 and following of the French Consumer Code.
Because Numeri starts working the moment you subscribe, we ask you to confirm at checkout that you want the service to start right away. Once you have launched a render, you lose the right of withdrawal for the part already performed (Article L221-25). If you withdraw within the fourteen days, we refund what you paid, less an amount in proportion to what you have already used. The same rule applies to a one-off purchase: the credits of a render already launched count as the part already performed.
If you subscribe or buy as a business, this right does not apply because the Consumer Code protects consumers, not companies. You can still cancel a plan at any time; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid.
Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. For disputes between businesses, the courts within the jurisdiction of Odratta's registered office, in Grenoble, have exclusive competence, subject to the mandatory rules that protect consumers.
